The Department of Neurotechnology and Neurosurgery  in Tuebingen is one of the world's leading centers for the surgical treatment of vestibular schwannomas. In this context our studies are dedicated to aspects of surgical treatment like the risk for surgical complications (e.g., pneumocephalus, venous air embolism). Furthermoren, we are also interested in the therapy of sequelae of the disease or treatment, such as facial paresis, vertigo or tinnitus:
